Funny workout story...

so, when i do weights, i kind of like to have all of them scattered around me in case i need to make a quick weight change. well, the other day i was doing chest press and i laid down on my bench and grabbed my two 20 pound weights that were right next to my step. as i was doing them, i noticed that my left arm was so much weaker than my right. i was DYING and by the 10th rep could hardly lift my left arm and stopped because i thought i was going to drop the weight and really hurt myself.

that was when i noticed that i grabbed a 20# for my right hand and a 25# for my left! duh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
I've done that before too! It's actually a great way to find out you can increase your weight selections!:7
 
That sounds like something I would do. In fact, I have.

i was kinda freaking out at first wondering why i was soooooo much weaker on my left side. i didn't even think that i could have two different weights!
