Funny Story (at least I think so)

So, I was decorating my Christmas tree the other night and had the TV on in the background. A commercial came on, which I wasn't watching, just listening to. I thought to myself, "How odd, some company is using Peppermint Patty (you know, Charley Brown's friend) to sell protein bars" (or some such item). I glanced at the TV to look at the character that sounded exactly like Peppermint Patty. It turned out that is wasn't Peppermint Patty at all, it was Denise Austin! How funny is that?

Well, I thought it was funny, but then again, I am very easily amused.

Oh my gosh! My daughter and I heard that commercial and she was the one who said, "Hey, she sounds like Peppermint Patty"! I chuckled myself...
