I would love to see you develop a functional fitness video incorporating a stability ball, medium to light weights, medicine ball, and step. It seems that these types of exercises that target your "core" are becoming more popular because we use our core for stabilization in everyday activities and movements. Incorporating the step and med ball you can even get more creative in combining a small step interval with ploymetrics to get the heart a thumpin'!
