I love all of Cathe's DVDs and have all of them. I also love weight training and know the importance of mixing it up. The last few workouts have been geared at 1 or 2 body parts a day type training and just for the sake of mixing it up I would like more interval style, bootcamp or full body weight workouts. New step, kickbox and hi-lo workouts would be good too.
