frustrated with scale(sorry,long)

I have a 9 mnth old daughter and I still have about 10lbs to drop. After she was born, I tried to get in some workouts but not too sucessfull. When she was 5 months old, my mom suddenly passed away. To say the least it was aweful and any care of my health was gone. I was eating horribly, not working out and having at least 3-4 glasses of wine a night(talk about self medicating). I started taking Lexapro(anti depressant) for about 2 months. It helped with my sadness, but I started hearing about a weight gain side effect, so I stopped with the Lexapro.
Over the past 3 weeks I have made a complete turnaround. Watching what I eat (semi vegetarian) no more drinking and working out to cathe almost everyday. Problem is that I weigh exactly what I did (142lbs 5'7") and I don't look much better. What the heck is going on. I am getting so aggravated. Any suggestions on what I may be doing wrong?
Sorry for the long post, but I wanted to make my situation clear.
Thanks,
Elizabeth

Hi Elizabeth.

First let me say congrats on the birth of your DD and I am very sorry for the loss of your mother. I am sure that was extremely devastaing. I am happy to hear though, that you were able to regain control and put yourself on the right path.

You say you work out almost every day to Cathe. What does a typical week of work outs look like for you? If you give us more information, we will better be able to help you. Perhaps something is missing or being over-done in your routine.

Wendy,
Thanks, here is what I did last week (if I remember correctly)
I usually work out 1 hour due to time.
Mon imax 3(no blast premix) GS chest/tri(mixmatch)
Tues Step blast
Wed Butts n gutts (about 30 min)
Thurs off
Fri Bodymax(cardio/weight premix)
Sat KPC
Sun strech or yoga
That's generally what I have been trying to do. I really appreciate any input.
Elizabeth
