Frustrated:DVD's keep cracking

This is the second DVD that's cracked in the middle. Everytime I try to remove my DVD from around that black circle in the case my DVD ends up cracking. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, will customer service replace them?

I haven't had that problem but I push down on the center black circle to pop the DVD out rather than pull up on the DVD. This seems to work best.

I think they only replace DVD's if they're defective and if you are forcing them out of the case and causing them to break, they might not replace them. But who knows, send an email to customer support and see what they say.

I dont keep mine in the case they come in. I have all of my dvds in a cd case so that way that wont happen.

I haven't had this happen...do you have a hard time getting your dvd's out of the case and maybe force them out?

That happened to my Imax2/C&W DVD. I emailed customer service and they promptly replaced it. No problemo. My CTX DVD's are cracked a bit too. I'll have to send them an email about that too.

Bet you won't have any problem having them replaced.

Make sure to push the button down in the middle and gently pull the CD out. If the button is pushed down enough, force should not be needed to remove the CD.
