<--was told 5 years ago by her eye doc that she was too old for lasik
<--understands that lasik is for young'uns
<--sends condolences to Ronne
<--has her squeezie appointment today
<--will also have a sonigram
<--assumes that she will be out of the office most of the afternoon :(
<--will have to accept that frequent check-ups are a way of life over 50 ;)
<--thinks health is worth it :)
<--really should schedule her paper gown appointment, but keeps putting it off ;)

<--was turned down for lasik because of "form frust keratakonis" (uneven corneas?)
<--was very upset since <--can't even see the clock on the bedside table!
<--is sick with some kind of sinus infection/sore throat
<--is frustrated that <--can't work out
<--has not worked out since Thursday (!!!)
<--is wondering how bad it would be to do a weight workout
<--is antsy about not working out
<--thinks if it isn't cardio it might be okay?
