I know what you mean! I accidentally discovered Cathe on Fittv and couldn't believe I hadn't heard of her before considering I live in NJ!! She gave the hardest at home workouts I've ever done so I checked out her site and needless to say I've been obsessively hooked since sometime in July :7 }( !!

I have the Intensity Series, Step Blast/Step, Jump &Pump and Kick punch and crunch/Legs and Glutes from the BB series, Rhythmic step, and Cardio Kicks/Circuit Max. They are all dvds. If you are able to I would suggest getting the dvds....they are a little pricey but more than pay for themselves when you see how many workouts you can get out of all the premixes, or mix and match to customize your workout. It's one of the best investments I've made!! Ooh the CTX series is next on my list...I've heard sooo much about Leaner, or as some say, Meaner legs and I can't wait to try it out!

Oh and believe me you are going to learn so much from this group...not only are they so inspiring many are also incredibly knowledgeable. I know I've learned a great deal here in the last few months.

I am so jealous of all of you that are experiencing winter now. here in texas it has gotten "chily" a few nights but nothing drastic. I wish it would snow. It's still in the 80's here except for our few cool fronts. Maybe that's why i was putting up christmas stuff early....willing it to get cold.

Well, i ended up doing Imax2 1-6 cause it was already in the dvd player. i did my lower body and got carried away and did upper body too. then i threw in stability ball abs. When i emerged 2 1/2 hrs later form my workout room, dh said he though i had fallen asleep or something. It felt great! but i know tomorrow i will dread sinking on to the toliet. my legs will be screaming again. i can't wait until they get used to this and don't get so freakin sore! i feel ancient! i am grateful that we never removed the grab bars in the bathrooms when we moved in. they are very convenient for hoisting myself up when i am sore. Sad huh??
