Could I get your opinion on this program if you have participated in it. How do you work your legs six days a week and not get worn out?

Can you give me an idea about what the program consists of? I'm considering buying the book but I don't want to do ait unless i feel that it will be a valuable addition to my program.

Hi Danna,

The Freestyle Training book is full of great rotations. Basically you do different exercises each day at 30% less wt. than you would normally use. You also do 15 to 30 reps per set. This training is meant to help pear shaped women who need/want to pare down the butt/legs/thigh area without gaining any size. They also recommend leg work 4 to 6 times per week. You adjust the workouts to fit your schedule as we all do with our Cathe w/o's. If you want to look like a woman, you don't need to lift wts like a man. It is a very interesting book and I would recommend it if you are interested.

I for 1 really like the freestyle training, and you would be surprised at how much exercise your legs can take. I exercise mine 5 to 6 days a week, and right now I do about 2 to 2 1/2 hrs a day, I want to get my hip measurement back to pre-vacation :7 ...
So fear not and just jump in and give it a try.......... Rhonda
Let me clarify, the exercising 2 to 2 1/2 hrs a day, thats in total as in abs everyday, and 3 days a week upper body, so my legs get about an hour and a half at the minimum, and I split the time into morning and night...............

Hi Danna, I guess it really depends on what you want, and what you want to put into it :7 ............. Rhonda

Hi Jo, well here in the past 2 weeks, I have been trying to get in 60 minutes to 70 minutes a day, sometime its only 30 minutes depending on my time......... I can't always exercise on saturday though I try, sunday is usually a rest day for sure unless I have been really lazy or too busy to work out during the week...... my cardio is running in place or using exercise bike..........
