Freestyle and losing post-menopausal weight?

Hi, all, and Happy Holidays.

I'm a long-time fitness enthusiast and clean-eating vegan, with post-menopausal weight I'd like to lose. I'm a healthy weight, but thicker than I was pre-age 35, could not be a bikini model. I'm healthy, energetic, work out a lot, also I'm currently recovering from rotator cuff surgery. I'm not sure how much in pounds I'd like to lose from my middle, and I've attempted workouts with a Freestyle approach (in addition to Cathe's high-rep workouts). I am muscled and put on muscle easily, and would like to reduce the muscle in my arms esp as well as the extra bodyfat my body holds onto. Just a week of Gym Style or S&H and I see increased muscle gains.

Any tips for a very experienced fitness enthusiast are greatly appreciated. Thanks and safe holiday wishes to all!
