Free video presentations on vegan athletes

Kathryn,

Thank you so much for this.. There is a lot to learn about veganism!!! I have been only eating this way for about 2 weeks now, but I need all the info I can get. :) :) :)

You're welcome!
I thought I'd pass it on, as the talks look interesting, and it's sometimes nicer to listen to a presentation than to read it.

Maybe the 'vegan athletes' on the forum (I'm not an athlete, but I can fake it!) can consider going to the second annual Vegan Athlete conference next year?

Kathryn:

Thanks! Perfect timing. I'm trying out the Eat to Live vegetarianism after reading raves on it here on this forum and was wondering if I was going to have to rely on a dark chocolate hit to get through my workouts. I'm working my way through a whole bag of broccoli right now... stuffed.:p
