I just did this tape two days ago and my upper body especially tricepts are feeling like they really got a great workout. Nice kind of sore.
i used a yardstick instead of a sword.... then i found a wooden sword and immediately deleted the overhead kitchen with my first chop...
but i really liked the work.. it used a ton of squats and lunges so the lower body also got a run for the money.
