I bought a Fitness Mag yesterday.When I was reading through it,there was a article about how much you need to eat to weigh a certain amount.For me,I would like to me 120 lbs.By the time I added and subtracted ,I would have to take in 2344 cals a day to weigh 120 lbs. I don't know about you,but I don't eat that many now!
Then I sat down and watched Super Size Me last night.When he had a meeting with the dietician she told him that his needs were 2500 cals.This is for a 6'2" 185 lbs man.
It gets confusing after a while.Is there a magic formula out there to help you get where you want to be?Everyone says it cals in cals out,so I am not even worried about carbs,protein,fat ratio.I just need the basics,thats it.Is that ever to much to ask for????;( ;(
