Form is critical

Hi All! I always say your form is critical!!!! Did you know that poor form can actually cause delays in muscle gains? So stand up and lift right :)
 
Yesterday I did Chest and Back from 4DS, and realized I've been doing 1A Rows wrong. I"ve been pulling more like a lawnmower and not keeping hips and shoulders aligned while keeping my elbows in. Ooops! but I followed your form pointers and felt the exercises a lot more in my back. The horizontal row is the one that made the most difference

You have initiated the importance of form in me so much that I apply it in everything I do, including when I teach dancing!

No banana position doing push up...Love my lower back too much ouch! The thought of injury is so excruciating!
