Have you compared the calorie burn readouts of your workouts to the estimated calorie burn in the workout manager? How do they compare? I plan on purchasing a GWF or a FitBit sometime next year since it's not really in my budget right now, so I wanted to see if I am on track with using the #s from the WO manager.
 
If you're talking about the Workout Manager here on the Cathe site, my experience is that the WM greatly overestimates my calorie burn on a fairly consistent basis.

DANG I was afraid of that! The #s seemed a little too good to be true. How much of a difference would you say it is? About 20%?
 
For me the calorie burn is about half, but I do have to do some modifying with step. For STS it is also about half and I don't modify. After having GWF for a year and checking both calories eaten and burned, I believe it to be correct for me. Joan
