? for those with low body fat %

I'm rarely cold. I think it depends on lifestyle--I'm usually warmer than most--even those heaver than I am. I think that even though I have low bodyfat I have really good circulation from all the cardio.

Speaking of body fat, my body fat analyzer is obviously not accurate for some reason. Took it yesterday morning and it said 21%..YIKES. Took it this morning, and it said 15.4%....OH, YEAH!!! Read the directions and always check when I climb out of bed before anything else so don't know what is up...my TTOM? Must be.
Anyhow, lately I am not cold as I use to be, and I like that.

I think I have pretty low BF (anywhere from 14% to 18%) but I'm not colder than usual. It is difficult to tell because my company cannot seem to figure out the heating/cooling thing. So I spend time being too cold and then too hot. However, it is not just me -- others complain about it all the time.

I would say I'm actually at the opposite end -- I'm warmer than usual most of the time. I feel like I'm radiating some kind of heat (okay...no jokes about being in heat :)). For a while I thought I was going through early menopause (I'm 33) but I don't think that's the problem. I took one of those OTC menopause detection tests, and it came out negative. I think my metabolism is just really high and I feel kind-of like a furnace ;-)

I used to be cold all the time before I started lifting heavy weights (all I did was cardio).

Same here--I just radiate heat. My bf even started calling me "the furnace." It's not a hot flash--I don't wind up drenched in sweat and chilled, and I'm not menopausal yet. But I'll be dressed in a sweater and winter jacket on a cold day, go into a store for a few minutes, and have to peel off all the layers that I can because the heat that my clothes are trapping is so intense. Only time I get cold is about an hour or two after cardio when, I suppose, I've finally really cooled down.
