For those who have done B&G.

Hi everyone,

I'm not able to try most of my new DVD's because of an aerobics ban from my podiatrist for the last 4 months! (I'm almost all healed!!), but I'm allowed to do weights, and I was thinking of trying B&G tomorrow. I was supposed to do GS legs, would B&G be a good substitute for GS legs? I figure I'll be working most of the lower body with either tape.

Thanks,

Vickie

There are plie hops in this one and a lot of lunges and walking lunges. Depending on the position of the foot, this may or may not be good. It's not straight weights at all. It's more functional so the foot is going to be used and bent, especially during the walking lunges. You might skip the standing portion and go straight to the floor work, though. Lots of table work in this one to get you where it counts but will keep you off your feet.

I agree with Tammy J.... only the floor work, definitely not the standing work if you are still on restrictions.

Thanks so much for your replies. I actually did this one today. I did the entire thing, and had no problems with foot pain. My legs and buns were on fire though!!
