for those that do one body part per day????

do you do different cathe weight workouts for about 30 min on the one body part and then do cardio? also, do you feel like working legs just once a week is enough since they are a large muscle group or do you hit them twice? thanks
 
This is exactly what I've been doing for the past month. It works out about 20 mins per body part and then I do about 35-45 mins of cardio. The legs are done just once a week and abs about 3-4 times.

I've really enjoyed it as I've never worked like this before. I've been pleased with the results. My legs have been worked as well as I've been doing some kickboxing and Low Max which really works the legs.

It's good to try just to challenge your body. I'm going to switch to a different pattern next month.
