I got the flu on March 2. Started exercising again on March 12 doing light weights with SS & PP. Did my first cardio 3 days later. I've been doing cardio 3-4 days per week and weights 3 days per week since then. My weight work is back where I was before I got sick (did GS this week - felt great) but my cardio is just not coming along. I tried Imax2 today had to modify the blasts in interval 3 & 5 and finally quit after the step portion in interval 7. Any suggestions on getting my cardio back to normal?
