For those of you that followed the P90X Rotation ~

I have just currently finished up my 3rd week of P90X...next week will be my recovery week.

Here's my ? Those who followed this rotation, did you go by the book on the recovery week, or did you feel the need to include extra cardio?

Any thoughts would be great!

I did extra cardio. I find I need it not just for the physical results but for the mental boost I get as well! You wouldn't like me when I can't do my cardio....:D

I followed the recovery week to the letter, except for substituting some different yoga for "yoga X" and sometimes different kickboxing for "Kenpo X."
 
Like Kathryn I most likley subbed for YogaX and KenpoX but as I was running at the time I still did my 3 running days a week thru the recovery week...:)...Carole
