Wow, that is so cool. I am doing CC today as a matter of fact. I really love all his workouts. Nice and great at what he does. I'm ready for another one.

Sean provides the best customer service ever, hands down!!! Whenever there is a download problem or any problem he answers his email superquick (personally) and makes sure you are happy.

I love Cardio Coach. Been using them for years now and never get sick of them.

Cardio Coach has been around for years? Wow, I wasn't aware. He's so well loved and crushed on around here and the Firm Believers Board, you'd think he'd have more workouts....

They are so good...he should produce like iTrain. Although it is now nearly July 3rd and no iTrain workouts for July.

But, I guess, those good CC workouts take FAR longer to produce than an itrain workout.
