For those of us with naturally heavy thighs

I stopped reading when I read the sentence "leg fat is good fat" because, really, it can't get any better than that!! ;)

Thanks for sharing! I love it, I battle my thighs too, not as much the older I get and realize that I can get them toned up, but thanks to dear old mom, the shape are hand me downs....
 
Some research shows that if you generally carry fat in your thighs and not in the tummy area, you'll have less heart problems. As you're considered a pear shape. The apple shape where you carry generally in your tummy has research believing you'll more at risk for heart problems.

I think they just want to cheer us pear shapes up.:p

As for the cellulite, I've made my peace with it a long time ago. The saddlebags are a different story altogether.:)
