I was doing CTX kickbox this morning and noticed how great your arms looked! Would you mind sharing? For instance, do you lift much heavier than all the videos that you are in with Cathe? How many times per week do you work upper body? Or, is it mainly totally clean eating? Hope you don't mind my asking.
