Hi :)

I noticed in another thread that you are a Tae Bo user. I have the "Get Ripped Advanced" 2-pk and I LOVE IT!
I'd like to invest in some more Tae Bo, but would like to get ones of comparable intensity.

Could you recommend a few that you feel are "intense" workouts. There are just so many choices and I have no background on any of them, so rather than choose blindly, I thought I'd ask for opinions. (especially since I read you use the 'sweat factor' as an intensity indicator as well) :)

I have only 5 Taebo tapes, and I had a lot more but traded them away because they did not come up to my "sweat factor" standards. I have the Ripped ones, of course, and Live Advanced 2, 3 & 5. Five is a leg workout mostly, and not a lot of cardio.

So my kickbox tapes that I rotate are Taebo 2 & 3, the Ripped tapes and Cardio Kicks.
