I noticed in another thread that you are a Tae Bo user. I have the "Get Ripped Advanced" 2-pk and I LOVE IT!
I'd like to invest in some more Tae Bo, but would like to get ones of comparable intensity.
Could you recommend a few that you feel are "intense" workouts. There are just so many choices and I have no background on any of them, so rather than choose blindly, I thought I'd ask for opinions. (especially since I read you use the 'sweat factor' as an intensity indicator as well)
