Hi Francine...I email you yesterday but I thought I would also post here incase you didn't get it. Also if anyone else has some advice would be greatly appreciated.
Yesteday, I had my BMR tested by the Bodygem at a local gym. They told me
that my BMR was 1310, he said it was pretty low and that with weight
lifting and cardio that should go up. He said since I want to lose
weight, I should eat 1258calories/day. What do you think of this?
How should I divide those calories between P/C/F?
He also did a body fat test and he couldn't believe the results and tested
it twice. My body fat was very high 38.8. He was very surprised when I
told him how much I weighed and how much I wanted to lose. I currently
weigh 148lbs, 5'2" small frame and I will be 36y/o this month. I told him
mabe lose 25lbs, I don't really care how much the scale says, I would just
like to be in a size 6. He said that if I continue to gain muscle, get
tone...that I would be very happy at about 130lbs. I know my metabolism
is very low due to me having a history of an ED. It hasn't been an issue
for quite some time but I am still paying the price. I am also
hypothyroid and my doc is still adjusting my medication. I will be
retested again in 4wks.
I hope you don't mind, I just wanted to get your opinion on this and see
what you thought. I am currently working out 6days/wk. I was doing the
CTX series w/2body parts/day but this week I was planning on doing PH
3x/wk and some type of cardio in between. For my goals of losing and
toning, which do you recommend?
