Hi Debbie, In the last 3 months I have followed, first your "Getting Ready for Summer Rotation", then your "circuit mix", and now on my 3rd week of "Muscle Building and Defining". Can you make a sugesstion as to what rotation would be best to do next please? I really respect to expert opinion. Thank You, Lori
 
I think I would like more muscle definition. I'm 47 years young and 5"8 and about 130-135. Have no idea what my body fat is, but I eat a very healthy diet. Lori
 
Then I think you should try one of my one body part rotations. Check out the generic breakdown thread and look at some of the rotations. There is one out there called "One Body Part a Week" I think, that one is a good one.
 
Thanks fitnessfreak, I looked at that rotation and it looks great "of course" so I am going to do it as soon as I complete the one I'm on now! Lori
