Hi Beth!
I got the yellow for both of us. Funny, I didn't plan to buy any tubing that day but they had some of the yellow ones on the discount table for only $3.00 each! I thought, "Hey, what a deal" and bought two for hubby & me. They have been collecting dust since I got them so you can imagine my excitement when Cathe annnounced she was using tubing! I tried to do like an overhead extension and also BIS & TRIS with them and the yellow is challenging. Wish I could help you more but not sure what all Cathe has in store for us. I am fairly certain the yellow will be a challenge. Good Luck!
