Hi debbie, Its my intention to start your muscle building and definition rotation. Cutting to the chase, i don't (yet) own the S& H or the PH dvds. Could I supp one of these with anything from 4DS?
I was thinking of getting SH for sure and toying with the idea of supping PH with 4DS.

Its your rotation so what do you think/advise (I seeking RESULTS so please be frank)

Do you have Muscle Endurance or MIS? Either of those would work as well. 4DS are more building workouts and since you are using GS and S&G with this rotation, I wouldn't recommend using the 4DS ones. Find a workout you have that is more endurance and use that for the second part of the workout. So if you don't have S&H, use 4DS body parts and add on one of the above workouts with it following my guidelines.
 
Cheers! I've got Muscle Endurance which I use alot. I really like that one and Muscle Max, and the gymstyles, PUB & PLB. So I will invest in the slow and heavy. I will probably go ahead and get the other one too as I think I should do the rotation properly.
