I tried to reply to your email question, but wasn't able to send it for some reason. Anyway, here is my response.
To be honest, I am not sure. You could call the phone company that
provides your service and ask them if you have that feature. This would
also apply to your cell phone provider. I have a co-worker that blocks
numbers that he does not wish to receive calls from on his cell phone.
They may still be able to leave a voicemail, but the call will not ring
on your phone. If she is really pestering you guys, I would definitely
look into that option with your phone company. I know if I called
someone and they had blocked my number, I would get the hint pretty quickly.
Then again, I am not a crazy stalker like this girl seems to be. But,
it is worth a shot. Good luck with it!!
