Hi Anna,

Well, I couldn't wait until Christmas to try your Yorkshire Pudding recipe, and it was perfect (at least I think it was, having never seen one, I can't say for sure)--brown, crispy around the edges, and delicious! I can't see how it didn't become popular here. Still, it was so delicious, I hope I never see another one. I limited myself to three bites, but I wanted more, more, more. Mmmmmm! Any my family loved it, too. Thanks for the recipe.
 
Oh, I'm one of those cooks who'll rise to the occasion, who'll cook something unusual, but who hates cooking otherwise. I love novelty, love to try new things, food or otherwise, --even if it means using the (gasp!) kitchen.
