I just saw an infomercial on a product called Fluidity. Has anyone else seen this or better yet have this product. The workouts are ballet inspired and it comes with a ballet barr (not cheap).

I saw that infomercial and I thought that it might be really good. Aside from the annoying marketing to women, I definitely saw the potential for this one. The barre looks sturdy and the exercises seem effective. I'd use it as an add-on to a weight training and cardio program, maybe instead of a weight workout (it doesn't seem to incorporate any cardio).
