Fluidity vs The Firm vs Cathe

I just puchased the Fluidity system. It is great but it is all sculpting.I am used to doing 1 hr a day for more with The firm or Cathe.

I need some suggestions on how to mix Fluidity with Cathe and The Firm for good results. I know I need some cardio and cardio +sculpt.

Suggestions Please!!!!!;)
 
I have the Fludity bar and I use it to compliment my cardio. I use it once a week on my easy days. I've never been a fan of the Firm. The instructors just have this wierd robotic way of queing the moves that just freaks me out and I just prefer Cathe's style. I could never just exclusively use the Fludity as my one and only way to work out because I would just be bored.
 
Have you noticed a change in your body using Fluidity? I was thinking if I do 1 hr with Cathe I would do Fluidity two or three times a week after my cardio.

Does that sound right??
 
Hello. I notice more of a visable difference in my body doing cardio and wieghts with Cathe. I also run and hike. To me doing Fluidity (I also do ballet once a week) helps to maintain my flexibility and lengthens my muscles. It also really helps strengthen my core. I really like to mix up my workouts. I have to or I get bored. I have found that what has worked for me is 5-6 days of cardio 1 hour with 3 days of wieghts 1 hour sessions and 1 day of ballet/fluidity and or yoga. Sounds like a lot but I split up my workouts throughout the day to squeeze it all in. That and I workout because I enjoy it. It has to be something you like or it is harder to stick with. Fluidity makes for a good body conditioning type of workout. I like that each muscle group that is worked is stretched after working it. If your asking me what I think really helps to burn fat though I would have to say a combination of wieghts and cardio. Most importantly just have fun. Sometimes it takes a while of trying different things to see what works for you. Just make sure that you try to eat healthy.

I just want to make the most of my workout time. I do agree with you I need to mix my cardio and weights with the Fluidity. Fluidity is just toooooo relaxing! It seems I've not worked enough!!!!
I love Cathe 4 day split right now! however I do have other Cathe workouts that I like I am working on transforming my basement into my workout room. I'll keep posting my results I just think if you truly eat right,workout consistently and do it all on a regular basis you will loose weight.
