I have the great fortune to have a new exercise room in our basement, but I need to put down some flooring - right now it's cement (ouch). Does anyone have a great suggestion? Thanks, Kari
Go to the top of this page and click on the "SEARCH" icon. When you get to the next page, type in "Flooring" as your keyword. Enter "ALL" Forums, "ALL" fields and for the "Last year". It will take you to a page that has several postings about flooring. There is a good one about concrete flooring posted by Mary Fortney that I think will have some valuable info. Let me know if you have trouble finding it. Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH
Go to http://www.greatmats.com and check out their mats. I have the basement mats, which are the same as the health club/aerobic mats. I have an area 10X16 in my basement, which I enlarged from 8X16. They are great!!! Pretty, too. Right, Deb H?!
They are GREAT! A pretty pinkish-red too! Bright is GOOD when you work out at 5:30 A.M. :-cool(Of course, I wouldn't know! These peepers just opened.:-sleepy) Your-Friend-In-Fitness, DebbieH
It's a very pleasant color for a floor. I LOVE my new workout room!!!!!!:7:7:7:7:7:7:7:7:7 Next week I'll try to get used to my bike....if you caught on so fast, I can too!
Hi. I have no idea yet if it's a possibility or what the price range is, but the Taraflex floors Cathe uses in her videos (specifically the CTX series) may, according to Cathe, be available for residential use. She gave me their 1-800 number but I havent called yet. My post with the number can be found in the Ask Cathe forum, dated March 2, titled "workout room".
