I'm currently "finishing" most of my basement to make myself a home gym. Right now it's just a concrete floor and I'm trying to come up with the best floor that won't break the bank.
The floor will need to be strong enough to support a treadmill, weight bench and weights but then also flexible enough to allow me to do cardio.
I was eyeing up this option from Greatmats.com, but would like opinions.
Gym Flooring Pebble Mat 3/4 | Gym flooring thick high density durable foam | Greatmats
I'm trying to cover about 400 square feet and would like to keep the cost under $800 if possible.
Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated!!
