Flax Cereal....

Just thought I share. While, at Mustard Seed Market, the other day, I stumbled onto this cereal. I just had ¾ cups with ff soymilk and ½ banana and it was YUMMY. Have anyone tried Flax Cereal?

I was so impressed with Mustard Seed, that I applied for a part-time job ;-) and I heard the employees get a 25% discount, on all purchases, wouldn't mind that. The whole store is nothing but Organic.

Organic, is all new to me can't you tell how excited I am (willing to work for food) lol

I eat FlaxPlus everyday!! It is my absolute favorite healthy cereal!! And being a vegan, it's a great way to get my Omega 3's!

I am so glad I found them, so yummy :9 I can eat them too, every single day. Happy days are here again, huh. Between Steel Cuts Oats and FlaxPlus I'm in heaven.

I love the Mustard Seed! We have two here close to me in Ohio but I haven't been in a while. Need to go back.

Make sure with flaxseed cereal that the flaxseed is ground and not whole. Our bodies can't digest or process whole flaxseed. I never could understand why breads and cereals are made with whole flaxseed. It worthless to us that way.
