I am working at the airport today so the day gets kinda long.My boss left on the plane today}( So, I may have to go into town and get myself a coffee.I am the only one working.Gives me some great computer time though
Of course I haven't worked out yet today.I had to be at work for 7:30 and I wasn't about to get up at 4.I have all evening though.I am not quite sure what I am going to do today.It may be just a run b/c I plan on running while american idol is on.An hour should fly by pretty quickly then.
When I run and then do cardio segments, it is amazing how fast the step parts go by.I guess the running seems so long that the step only seems like 2 min.But to tell you the truth,I have been doing longer cardios lately and they don't seem that long.Sure I come out of my workout room 90 min later but it doesn't seem like I went in there that long ago.The unfortunate thing is that someday soon,running and step is going to get boring.Its fine for the frist little while b/c I am not use to it but someday soon,I will be screwing up my nose at my workout schedule.Then I will have to come up with a new plan...
