My current workout schedule consists of 5-6 days of running, 2-3 days of ashtanga/power yoga, and 2-3 days of pilates (mat or reformer). I would like to start lifting weights again, maybe a couple of days per week. I've lifted in the past and really liked the results! My question is how can I fit this into my schedule? I'm currently not working(no kids), so free time really isn't an issue right now, but I still don't want to over do it and get burnt out.
