fitting in circuit workouts

How do you all fit in circuit workouts? I am more of a cardio then weights person but I have all the Cathe circuit workouts and wondering how you all use them in your fitness routine. Thanks!
 
I use them as a Cardio day. I think they are much more cardio based than weight based. I usually don't go super heavy with my weights and that way I can follow them up with a real weight day the next day. I try to do one a week usually.
 
I'm not huge on weights either, I tend to use yoga/body weight work for strength training. I'm naturally very muscular (endocrine thing.) I use a ckt 1x/week on a different day than my advanced yoga (which does give me doms). I do a lot of cardio to help with my insulin receptors.

My rotation looks like this:

Sunday: off
Monday: Jog + stretch max or MMA disc
Tuesday: Steady State step (AM), Advanced Yoga (PM)
Wednesday:Jog + stretch max or MMA disc
Thursday: Step (steady or Imax), Easy Yoga
Friday: Jog + stretch max or MMA disc
Saturday: Step Ckt

I use them this way too. I think circuits are a great way to chisel after heavier weights! I will use them to vary intensity with a 3 full body workout schedule.

I'm planning to use them with STS meso 1.
Sunday- STS Chest,shoulders, biceps
Monday STS legs
Tuesday- STS , back triceps
Wed- cardio
Thursday- Circuit with focus on lower body.
Friday rest
Saturday cardio
 
Thank you everyone for sharing ideas how you use your circuit workouts. Now I have some idea how others are fitting them in! I just feel like it is not enough of cardio or weights but I see now that most of you tuck them in the week for a round off of your routine.
