Fitnessfreak's December/January Rotation for Feb. 18, 2009

I just talked to my step mom and my dad is being released today. He is doing good. He has no phone in his room so I will call him when he gets home.

The tricep extensions are lying down. I have a weight bench so getting it up isn't a problem. Doing the extensions are not too bad either, my tri's are very strong. :)

Good news he's coming home today! Amazing how medicine works, i swear.

Oh, a weight bench! That would help! I do mine on my Step (because my weight bench is too close to the wall). And getting the bar bell up is so hard! Though I still don't think I could do 50#'s!

Chris: I have Cardio Sweatfest and High Intensity Kickbox Challenge- I have heard they are challenging. :) I just received them this past week so I haven't done them yet. I remember also reading a thread about her Hi/Lo Med Ball workout- I am not a hi/lo fan but this sounded so different and fun that I bought it. I have watched it and it does seem fun- great music too. It might be my exception to the hi/lo rule.

Fitness Freaks Rotation

Mindymelt which of Debbies rotations are you doing?

Hey Roxie,
I am doing the January Rotation again when I can get the days correct. I hate to see it end. I am kind of stuck on what to do. I would like to start STS but I haven't completed all my 1RMs. Is it a big deal if I don't do all of them? I have only completed the ones on Disc 1. I guess I will have to traverse the boards and see if I can find some of FitnessFreaks other rotations that are comparable until I can get the 1RMs. My other option is to just take a break for a week and get my 1RMs done. You will see a difference whatever strength program you chose. It is definitely liberating to be off the cardio addiction. I have also been cleaning up my eating and I increased my protein intake too. Well hope that helps you. Have a good night.

Pure Strength Back, Bi, and Shoulders

Hey yall just wanted to quickly check in with my workout. I completed it this morning. I had to go back and pick up shoulders because I misread and didn't do them Monday. I really dont have time to do a breakdown because I want to get to bed so I can get up at 4:30 to do my cardio workout. Debbie glad that your Dad is doing good now. Great workouts everyone. Hope to cya tomorrow. Good night.
