Debbie,
I just finished your endurance rotation, my first, and I really enjoyed it. However I did not see much results which left me rather frustrated. Should I try it again for another 4 weeks or try one of your other rotations. About 2 weeks ago I gave up all sweets for lent. After 3 days of that the scale finally moved, 3lbs! It hasn't moved since September! But it is now going back in the wrong direction again.
I really appreciate the rotation and it helped tremendously with my endurance. I could probably use more endurance though. By this time last year I had lost all endurance from my new job at a preschool. I am doing much better this year. I have just downloaded the BFFM e-book but haven't read it yet. Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks,
Colleen

Hi Colleen,
You might want to give it another 4 weeks and I stress to read the BFFM book. My guess is that you aren't eating enough. When you do high endurance workouts every day you need to eat to keep your bodys metabolism working efficiently. So read that book ASAP.

Debbie,
Thanks so much for the response! I skipped today's LoMax, so I will start with that tomorrow and end my week on Sunday. Or should I skip a workout and keep a rest day in there somehow? I will get on to my reading ASAP!
Thanks again so much! I really appreciate your rotations. I especially liked the premixes you included, it made me discover workouts I had never tried or paid attention to. Looking forward to more!
Colleen

Now I really know that my endurance is improving. I have never completed LoMax and have always done it on a six inch step. Well today I did LoMax all the way thru and on an eight inch step! I have also started reading BFFM, am still on the first chapter, but I kept telling myself last night that I can do this and look what I did this morning! I find the book very motivating. Will keep reading some every day.
Thanks
Colleen

Thats great Colleen! I need to reread the BFFM book, I could use a brush up on it. About the question you asked for the rest day, I didn't quite understand what you did, if you already skipped a day, use that one as your rest day. I feel its important to have at least one rest day each week. Take that one day anytime you can with the rotation. Do what best works for you.
