FitnessFreak 1 hr fat loss rotation check in

Today is CTX All Step Cardio and SJP abs.

Wow, I was sweat after I finished All Step Cardio. I was out of shape after months not working out. I was glad that I did it. I have never tried SJP before. The abs session seemed fresh to me. Overall, I have good workout session and all under 1 hr.

However, I miss my lunch workout because of work. But at least I got my rotation out of way. Next week would be tough since my DD will be back to normal schedule which means I have to get up 4:00am in order to finish my rotation and get her to the rink 6:15am.x(

Today is 4th day of the 1st week of this rotation. This AM I did MM Lower Body Premix. I used all 30 lbs barbell since I did not get a chance to prepare for 40 lbs. However, I was glad that I did not use that because my quads, my calives were on fire by using 30lbs. I could not finish all the low end ones.

I did Floor work followed by the premix. Oh, men, my dear gluts and butts...x( I did not do all Butts & Glutes before. I was please I only got to taste a piece of it. I can't imagine if I have to do the whole workouts.;( However, I am looking forward to it.

Hi WantFit! I saw this rotation and thought I would try it. I have a hard time sticking to rotations because of time constraints. I end up giving up halfway through the week because I missed too much. This rotation sounds great.
How very nice of Fitnessfreak to do this for you! I just started today. I did Step Blast Combo 2,3,&Challlenge. Wow! I haven't worked out for 45 min in along time. It really kicked my butt. I really hope to finish the rotation and see results. My biggest " time constraint" is that I go to bed too late and don't get up early enough to fit in an hour or more workout. I end up with barely 30min and then have to run.
If you don't mind I will keep checking in here. It would be great to have support. How is your rotation going so far?

It's Wednesday and I'm still with this rotation. I know this is only my fourth day but with most rotations I've already missed a few days and want to give up. CTX All Step was quite the workout! I liked the ab section from SJP. Muscle Max lower body premix and floor work from B&G just flew by. So far I really like this because I can fit it in time. Thanks so much Debbie!

Hi Everyone!

I am doing this rotation also. I love Fitness Freaks rotations. When I have a little more time I add on to the workouts or do them in full. Fitness Freak, I have a couple questions. I work out Sunday through Friday. Saturday is my only day to sleep late (8:00am). I am on week two of the rotation. Since I work out six day straight this would be my schedule for this week.

S - Kick Max Low Impact Timesaver + Core Max #2
M - PLB
T - PUB Up only premix
W - CTX 10-10-10 cardio only and Abs from C & W
T - Low Max Intervals 1-4 premix
F - Bootcamp

I changed it around because I can not do PLB and then Low Max the next day. My legs are too sore from PLB. Is this okay to do this this way? I do not have Push/Pull/Supersets. CTX Step and Intervals, or High Step Challenge. Could I use PUB or CTX upper body, LIC cardio blast, and High Step Training instead? i will continue to check in to let you everyone know how this rotation is going for me. I hope everyone enjoys this rotation, I am loving it so far.
 
After missing a whole week due to a terrible cold, I am back to the second week of the rotation. I didn't think I would like the Kick Max Low Impact Timesaver premix,(I had never done it) but I really did like it!I was glad that it was low impact! My outer thighs are some what sore from it too! Pyramid Upper Body Up Only premix went fine. Tomorrow I am on to CTX 10-10-10, which is a great workout! Thanks Debbie for letting me discover premixes I never would have tried on my own! I am loving this rotation so far.

I just found out I have strep throat. x( I am now on antibiotics so now I should feel up to exercise again soon. I would wake up at 3:00am with such pain in my throat, couldn't sleep and felt lousy for 2 days. I am supposed to do CTX 10-10-10 cardio only, day 3 of week 2. Should I start Week 2 over or just pick up where I left off?

Denise, I didn't see your question until just now. Sorry! Yes, that's fine the way you have it. I like doing Low Max after a leg workout because of the soreness. It gives your legs a double wammy! LOL!
