Hi everyone - I am more of a lurker than poster, but I have to share my victory from today!
I have been doing Cathe videos on and off since last December. When i started I weighed almost 240 lbs and could not get through Basic Step without needing to take a breather. I also had terrible chondromalacia in my knees and couldn't go two days in a row without my knees swelling and just aching terribly.
Well since then I have come such a long way! I have gotten up to a much higher level of fitness. Yesterday I got all the way through Step Blast! I felt great when finished. My bigger victory happened today though because after doing GS: Back, Shoulders, and Biceps I decided to get some more cardio in (mainly because I have been eating poorly this week.) I did Basic Step, but kept a a riser under each side of the step raising my step height! No knee pain at all!!! I am soooo glad to have found Cathe! I swear - the step workouts have honestly saved my life!
