Fitness Tracker Recommendations

Any recommendations for a Fitness Tracker? I have never used one and am not technologically-gifted, therefore a basic easy to use one would be preferred.

I am mainly interested in the following stats:
*HR throughout the day (not just during exercise)
*Sleep quality (Deep, REM, length, etc.)
*Activity (steps, movement...not sure what it tracks, but mainly for my non-exercise movement)
*Oxygen level (can they even track that?)

I don't mind if it keeps track of my exercise activity (calories, HR, etc.), but am mainly using it for non-exercise stats. Pretty and non-bulky would be preferred, but that won't be my deciding factor. No chest strap since I will be wearing it all day and night.

Thanks!

I believe the new Fitbit Charge 3 does all of your request except "Oxygen level" which I don't think it's possible to keep track. I have the Fitbit Charge 2 and I love it but during my workouts I use my good ol' reliable Polar Heart Rate monitor with chest strap; personally I just find the trackers with a chest strap tend to be more accurate. Good Luck.

The Fitbit charge 3 is a good choice
I went with the Versa as my new fitness tracker
I had a charge 2 before and liked it, the reason I went with Versa was just because I wanted a colour display, the option to put music on it and to change the clock faces if I wanted.

Thank You both. I had it narrowed down to the FitBit Charge 3 & FitBit Ionic. I took FitBit's quiz and it recommended one of those two.

The Charge 3 lists that it has :
  • Sleep Stages via heart rate
  • Sleep Insights
  • 24/7 heart rate
  • VO2 Max data and step tracking
  • SpO2 sensor
  • Guided breathing exercises
But I can't find anywhere what the VO2 and SpO2 data is or how it is collected (do you need an extra plug in?).

I can't really find the difference between Charge3 and Ionic, other than the Ionic is a smartwatch, which I won't use and the Ionic has GPS. Since I workout to Cathe at home, I don't really need the device to tell me I am in my workout room every morning. ha!

Thanks, any other recommendations or input is appreciated.
