Hey Debbie, hope you see this. I just did S&H legs and MM legs this morning(from one of your rotations) and WOW what a workout!! My legs were really fried like never before! I also did the stretch from MM and segment 3 of stretch max so I could walk today(LOL)

Hi Deanie! LMAO! Love the pain, huh? Great going, that is a tough combo. I miss doing these workouts. I've been going at it on my own with a full body rotation so I've been away from Cathe's workouts (except cardio) for a while now. I miss it, but I like the results I'm getting with this. GREAT GOING!! Hope you enjoy the rest of the rotation!
