Fitness fiesta!

With my work schedule I have to postpone my rest day until Wednesday
so I tackled the fitness fiesta this afternoon. All I can say is
OMG!!! To do it twice through took about 1hr 45min. Bootcamp x 2 was far easier for me than this killer combo. The toe touches were okay,
the squat thrusts were a challenge and definitely had me breaking into a sweat early, the jumping jacks and running in place were okay but I was definitely feeling it by the time I got to the lunges, I used dumbells with this and the pulsing hover squats. I managed all of the pushups without a break but the kicker was all of the SITUPS!!
My poor tailbone! These are much more challenging than crunches.
And then to repeat it all....I was not a pretty site. Be prepared everyone...this is a wonderful workout to do in the future when travelling.
