I am looking for a good fitness book to buy. I am a fairly advanced exerciser, having worked out regularly for a few years (I'm 21 now)... I do cardio 3 times a week, weight training 2 times a week, and try to do 45-60 mins of yoga 1 time each week. I am looking for a good, solid, reliable book that covers all aspects of fitness to have on hand as a reference. Any suggestions are appreciated! Thanks so much!
