Justin is doing better. Thanks for asking! Now, we have a set back with sleeping at night. When he was sick, I went to him every other hour or so. Now that he's better he'd like me to continue. Last night I was so tired, I had to let him cry himself back to sleep. It took almost an hour!!! I couldnt' believe it. So, I have to head off to bed quickly so I can catch up on sleep.

Sun: Tae Bo Advanced Live 3
Mon: off
Tue: Viper sections 1-2 & I want those abs
Wed: Viper sections 3-4 & Ab Ripper
Thurs: off
Fri: KPC
Sat: off

Not too impressive, but not too bad either with a sick baby. :) Have a great week ladies!!!

Shopaholic, Thanks, I am feeling pretty well today, except for a little episode of vomiting this morning. This was the first time I have thrown up in at least 10 years. I took an iron pill first thing this morning, but didn't eat any food. Then 45 minutes later, still on an empty stomach, it came up.

Melanie, I hope you are able to sleep. It is hard when they get in the habit of being tended to in the middle of the night due to sickness or whatever - to return them to normal schedule!

We finally bought a digital camera (early Christmas present!) and I am so excited to figure it out and to be able to see pictures instantly. (Especially of Max, of course) I don't pose for pictures myself too much lately - I feel like I am permanently dirty and gross. Plus, Max has been pulling all of my hair out, that naughty little baby.

Anyway, I managed to workout all 6 days last week. I don't usually do yoga, but now that I have it with P90X, it seems so much more appealing lately than getting my heart rate up really high.

Mon- Yoga X
Tue- Kenpo
Wed- Imax 2
Thu- HST
Fri- Yoga X
Sat- Interval Max intervals 1-7 + Ab Ripper

Hey Everyone!!

If so -you guys are so lucky-its been high 70s-80 here the last few days!!}( I am verrry ready for the cold!!
Emy-how far are you now-and how far apart will Max and the baby be?
I think it sounds fun to have your kids close together.
:)
Here was my week-the last week of the rotation:
Mon.-Imax2
Tues.-Cardio &Weights
Wed.-Muscle Endurance
Thurs. Rest-4 mile walk
Fri.-Circuit Max

Sun.-Muscle End.

Smiley, you are waiting for the cold? I would love warm weather .
Melanie, I am glad Justin is feeling better. Great workout week given the sick child. Emy, hope the nausea ends soon but keep eating.

Smiley, I am 9 weeks along. My due date is 7/10/05. Max is now 15 months, so they will be about 22 months apart.

I would love some warm weather too. Even in the 50s or 60s would be warm compared to our freezing temperatures and snow!

Hi ladies! Thought I'd stop by. Hope eveyone is doing well and enjoying this time of year. It has been a few years since I have looked forward to the holidays... been overshadowed by loss... but I am lovin' it this year.

I took Jordy Bug for his Christmas pictures yesterday... he smiled 4 out of 6 poses (maybe it waw 5 out of 6). He kept thrusting himself out of the poses... it took one hour for 6 poses. He and Sydney will go for pics with Santa tomorrow.

My DH had surgery on his neck and is recovering well. The facial edema is gone. He is going to be skin and bones if he doesn't start eating... he weighs less than I did when I had Jordan.

I am still using my P90X workouts... I've had to incorporate Cathe... I missed her. I am 6 pounds from my prepregnancy weight. Woo Hoo!!!

I hope to post more later... I am being paged. Take care everyone!

I hope they charge by the pose and not by the hour for your pictures! I bet they are cute though. I took Max to sit on Santa's lap at Nordstrom and he cried. The dude was a very unenthused Santa. Oh well, can't complain when the picture is free.

Did you lose a child? I am very sorry that the holidays have been hard for you! I hope you have a great Christmas this year and hope your husband recovers quickly!

No, they don’t charge by the hour… thank goodness. He was something else. She would get him to smile and he would turn his face down. He made it through the session though. He did well on Santa’s lap, he watched Sydney and was unaware of the big guy in red. :) Sorry about the unenthused dude… LOL… cute description.

The loss I referred to…well… it started in September 2001. A friend of ours was killed on duty in a freak accident. We are extremely close to his family…. if friends are family you choose they are family. Of course we grieved the loss of our friend, but it was heartbreaking to see his family grieve. He left behind 4 children. We spend Christmas Eve with his mother and family every year, so it was a VERY sad Christmas. His mother is still so sad… the accident happened on her birthday but he lived until the following day. This is the first year she is excited about the holiday, so we are thankful for that.

September 2002, a friend and colleague (my first clinical instructor from 1991), lost her teenage son in a car accident… her daughter was the driver and also injured. Again, just heartbreaking. A few weeks later another colleague lost her 5 year old daughter in a car accident. Then, I miscarried in October. So, I was grieving and my friends were grieving.

In 2003, my dad passed away Easter Sunday. September 2003, my mom’s best friend passed away unexpectedly and 5 days later we lost mom’s only sibling and my favorite aunt. A few days later, a friend and colleague lost her daughter a year to the day that our colleague lost her son. My friends, family, and I have been grieving a lot at Christmas. The first Christmas holiday without a loved one is so difficult anyway, I don’t know if it is worse happening so close to the holiday or not.

Thank you so much for your thoughts and this Christmas will be great. It is my favorite holiday. LOVE IT!!!! Oh, and my hubby is doing great... he misses holding the baby and playing with the kids though. :( Can't blame him. I go through withdrawals quickly. :)
