Fitmama DVD by Leisa Hart

I own it on video, and found it to be disappointing. The salsa aerobics didn't feel good on my pregnant body. They were actually annoying in general.

The "yoga" part wasn't much of a workout. Leisa Hart breathes very loud during this section, which was irritating. I've seen better reviews for her post partum workout; however, I haven't tried it.

I didn't use any pilates videos while pregnant, so I can't offer any opinions in that area.
 
Thank you so much for your response. I value anyone's opinion who is addicted to Cathe's workouts! What month are you in and which Cathe workouts are you doing? Are you modifying any parts?

I'm post partum right now actually. My baby boy is 3 months. I did Cathe strength workouts up until the end (Muscle Endurance amd MIS mostly). I stopped doing Cathe cardio sometime in the 8th month because the impact was too much even with modifications. But up until then I did Cardio & Weights and CTX. At the end I mostly did Karen Voight's Energy Sprint, and some Christi Taylor hi-lo workouts (minus the bouncing).
