Fit TV definitely needs a new editor, at least for Cathe's workouts. I'm watching Kick, Punch, & Crunch right now. They went directly from the first warm-up segment into the section where Cathe and crew are doing that quick jog with an arm flurry. If I'm not mistaken, that means they totally left out the stretch segment which is actually one of my favorite sections of this workout. I feel I need that section for a little more of a warmup to get into this workout.
