Goooooooooooooooooood morning, gang! Happy Election Day. I'll be so glad when the commercials can get back to NORMAL! 
Today was GS Legs, on the Nov rotation! YIKES! LOL Seriously LOVE that workout. I'm sporting some DOMS in my biceps and upper back, but not too bad from yesterday's workout.
I'm headed to the busstop in 3 minutes, then right off to the grocery store to stock my fridge and pantry with clean-eats.
Sorry to hit and run.......time is a'wastin'!

mornin' all:I'm with you... I long for the days of regularly scheduled femanine hygiene products, deoderant, and the occassional Viagra sing-a-long! If I hear another campainge add I'm gonna throw something at the TV!
I started Cathe's posted November rotation last night and I must have some seriously stressed shoulders because about rep #2 during the shoulder segment I just couldn't do more than a few in a row! I maxed out on the back weight (as in I don't have anything heavier than a 15 right now) so apparently I need to get the next weight up from that because I'm not feeling ANYTHING in my arms, shoulders, or back today! I still have DOMS from my 15 minute Core workout though!
eating better yesterday (although lunch was a bit of a portion control challenge ~ Qdoba burrito and I didn't realize they were SO HUGE but couldn't stop at half, but didn't eat the whole thing either!) and had a bowl of cereal for dinner after workout!
Started off with a granola bar and bottle of water so on the right track, but It's only 7:30AM right now, so....
so todays workout I believe is GS legs! I like that one and might even stop by Sports Authority or something and get a weighted vest as I don't do very well with squats and lunges with the BB...

Today was a walk on the treadmill for 30 min. Also I have shopping to do at my favorite Coop Store. Need bee pollen and a bag of brown long grain rice. Got to keep the body healthy. Thinking also about getting a flu shot.

hi ladies! sounds like everyone is doing well today i'm doing well as well. got up at the butt crack of dawn and did 45 min walk on the treadmill at 4.0mph at 12% incline. Tomorrow i will do another one of my circuits and i will post all the exercises i do tomorrow. keep it up ladies!

"Mayflower" has an amazing level of detail about early Anglo-Indian relations -- some of the stories and events are almost unbelievable. All of American history should be told so well. Go for it!
